Peter Obi's phone stolen at Valentine Ozigbo's father's burial


Pickpockets on Friday stole the telephone of the Peoples Democratic Party presidential aspirant, Mr Peter Obi, at St funeral in Amesi, in the Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Obi had attended the funeral of the father of the PDP governorship candidate in the Anambra State November 6 governorship poll, Valentine Ozigbo, where the phone was stolen.

An eyewitness told our correspondent,
"Peter Obi's phone has just been stolen where he is attending the burial of the father of Val Ozigbo at Amesi in Aguata LGA.

" Obi is in total dispair now as his phone can not be traced. The person who stole it has switched it off.

"It is not clear how the pick-pocket stole the phone from him without a trace.

Speaking on the matter, a senior police officer in the state who pleaded anonymity said," Advise him to report at the nearest Police Station for discreet investigation.

Chai... This thief na grade one pocket-picker. Anyway, he is bigger than the device stolen.
