A. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES OFFICER

Location: Iju Ota, Ogun State

Salary Range: N75,000 –N85,000 (Exclusive of Individual & Team Performance Bonus)

A Female Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Social Science or allied field with 2 – 3 years cognate experience in field sales, preferably within the Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry. The preferred candidate would be required to develop and implement business development strategies that promote the growth and development of the company and her brand, through monitoring and evaluating the on-field sales team performance as well as following up with customers for orders and retrieval of debts.

B. CULTURE & HR OFFICER

Location: Iju Ota, Ogun State

Salary Range: N70,000 (Exclusive of Team Performance Bonus)

A Female Graduate of Law or allied field with 1 – 3 years cognate experience in Human Resource Management. The preferred candidate would be required to develop and implement HR policies that would foster the development of an innovative workforce and culture. Other job functions include; Office Administration/Secretarial Duties, Documentation, HR Planning, Performance Monitoring, Vendor Relations, etc.

C. SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Salary Range: N100,000 – N150,000

A Tech-savvy Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Social Science or allied field with 3 – 5 years cognate experience in product-based sales. Candidates with previous sales experience within the Textile & Branding Industry are encouraged to apply. The preferred candidate would be saddled with the responsibility of developing and implementing business development and sales policies that promote the growth and development of the company and her brand through aggressive market penetration strategies. Proven knowledge and experience with the use of relevant digital marketing techniques and CRM tools are compulsory for this role.

D. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Salary Range: N150,000 – 180,000

A Female HR Professional with educational background in the Social Sciences or allied field with 3 – 5 years cognate experience in Human Resource Management. The preferred candidate would act as the first point of contact for HR-related and Administrative queries from employees and external partners. She would be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, while maintaining an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition, and ensuring all HR procedures and administrative responsibilities run smoothly.
