My Two Cents On Jonathan's Declaration... by Tiamiy10000: 11:19am On Apr 26, 2022
The declaration of Good luck Jonathan is one of the most trending articles on all platforms... As a matter of fact Jonathan is qualified for 2023 presidency, But is he right to have decleared his interest under the flag of APC?. It is a known fact that this so called All progressive party were the ones that saw no good in his administration and considered him a weak and incompetent president, which gave president Muhammad Buhari the opportunity to assume the mantle of leadership. Most Nigerians never knew how competent Jonathan was until the emergence of this current administration. And since then Jonathan has been seen as one of the best president. I am not here to espousing his political prowess but rather want to say my opinion on the interest he had shown lately.

APC did not believe in him throughout his administration and were always against his administration, is it right for him to be an aspirant under the flag of APC? What of his party which he represented when he was president (PDP) won't they be disappointed with his actions? What of Nigerians that took him in high esteemed? What of the image he holds globally?

What your take on this?

Jonathan is eminently qualified to contest the 2023 election under any party of his choice.
Does that reduce his integrity in any way? No. Because it's all politics, no permanent friends or enemies, only permanent interest.

If he contests and wins, globally he could become the most respected African president like a cat of nine lives.

But I don't want him to achieve that under the janjaweeed political party that brought untold hardship to Nigerians. What does he want to do with a country worse than he left it?
