My house was broken into by robbers in my absence, I was at work when I got a call from my wife that robbers came in through the window in our absent no one was at home when this was taking place,I quickly rush back home from office, since my office was not that far from my house, only for me to find out that they came in through the window and they carried out their operations successfully without any confrontation, they succeeded in going with two laptop,cash,and other valuables, immediately I called the attentions of people around,in fact this is the fourth time that the same issue will be taking place in my house, but I was so quick in telling them that I was not going to let this go just like that,that it has become obvious that this act is being carried out by people around.but I was told immediately that this have always be the same speech I give all ways that I can't do nothing.I had to go out of my way and I told them that in less than two weeks I will get the people involved in the act.mind you this happen last week Friday 22/04/2022,less than a week being 28/04/2022 on Thursday morning I was at home when I observe movement in my compound I quickly pick my self up and look through one side of my window when I say a strange face trying to make another forceful entry into my house not knowing that someone was home,I quickly pick my cutlass and went after him,I got him and though him to the community leaders, after hand touch am small,he confessed that he was part of the three member gang that broken into my house on Friday,we had to take him to police station and he made the same statement their,he even said he was ready to take us to alaba market were they sold the laptop and also take us to the other two boys,nly for police to tell me that they can not go to alaba market that the robbery though place in agbara which is Ogun state and alaba is in Lagos, mind you from agbara to alaba market is less than 20 minutes drive, police begin tell me say if I want them to go to alaba that I will be responsible for all expenses going to Abeokuta and back to Ikeja for permit and to alaba stations,bros am truly vex,even after my self and the community had given them 15k them say that one no do any thing. That the only thing they can do now is to take the boy to court and we still have to be responsible for logistics and if me no come court the case will be dismisses.
Which way we dey go for this country my people, that is my pain now.
