But as I am trying to check a score I didn't see the game in the fixture so I googled to check if it has been postponed. Guess what? Google brought out scores and the game lost but it still supposed to be going on now. Infact they are supposed to just start then I saw the date it was 1st of may which was on Sunday. What's happening? I went to check my ticket then I saw the date to be 1st of may. So in summary, I played the game that has already been played on Sunday in a Tuesday ticket. What will they do now? Cos it will affect my accumulated odds.

Thanks for your response. The issue was rectified. I think it was system error because immediately the last game played I was credited even though the game I complained about was still there. It didn't affect my odds or winning it was just there like it wasn't there. Thank you merrybet.
