1. Buyer's Acceptance letter.

2. Verifiable Bank Comfort Letter.

3. Roundtable meeting.

3b. An mou will be signed by both parties

4. Investor/Buyer to finance all meetings including logistics viz transportation, feeding and accommodation.*(3 person on Seller's Side)*

5. Verification of documents.

6. Payment

7. Take over.

Also if direct Buyer will not be attending, those to represent him must come with letters of authority with commitment that conclusion reached is binding on both parties.

First meeting in Abuja while final meeting is in Lagos.
