Dear nairalanders,

I am in dare need of a house I can rent, self-contained or 1 bed apartment my budget is 200k- 300k including agency fee should not exceed 400k. I would prefer Surulere, Yaba, Bariga.

This is urgent for me because my landlady in Ikeja suddenly increased my house rent to 400k with other compound monthly dues which I said I cant afford it and she gave me till May ending to evacuate the building.

I am single working in a tech firm and a Christian.

If you know any vacant apartment for rent around the mentioned axis do well to let me know.

She can’t evacuate you just like that
You can use 6 month without paying a dime building.
