Good afternoon everyone. Pls can I receive money from my PayPal account to my Zenith account after linking my card ? I am asking because of cases were the money is paid in US dollars

You need to link your bank not just the card.
CBN rate will be used so most people don't do that.
Instead you can reach to Exchangers like me for far better rates while using an escrow for safe transaction.

Thanks bro. But how do I link my bank? Is it to contact the bank? I thought It was all about just linking only the crd. I am ok with CBN rate
