1 Party A and Party B sign and return the MoA in WORD format and Party A will insert the Naira account and send it back to Part B in PDF which becomes a legal binding document.

2. The Buyer and the Seller sign the Memorandum of Understanding and include their respective CIS and Certificate of Corporation that will be deposited in their various Banks.

3.Buyer bank confirms fund to the Seller bank officers and certified before

4 The Seller issues SWIFT MT199 RWA to the Buyer’s Bank receiving bank within 24HOURS.

5. Fund Receiver acknowledges the PRE-ADVICE and places a lien on the Naira equivalent of the Fund in favor of USD Fund Provider within 24 to 48 HOURS of confirming the PRE-ADVICE confirmable at the bank HQTR only and sends evidence of transaction to USD Fund Provider via it's Bank officer.

6The Seller confirms and credits the buyer 100% of the total amount he wants to transact into his nominated offshore account.

7.The Buyer confirms the funds and then pays the Seller and all the agents and facilitators inclusive 100% Naira

Transaction dynamics continues till the agreed total volume is liquidated.
