*Role: Operations*

*Job Description (Customer Operations):*
(1) Update daily-check records for clients;
(2) Ensure all offline vehicle(s) are brought back online by troubleshooting, making investigative calls to clients to determine the state of the vehicle(s), and scheduling revisit as it may apply;
(3) Prepare and send out reports to clients;
(4) Respond to issues raised by clients that need to be resolved.

*Job Description (Installation Operations):*
(1) Carrying out installations on client's assets/vehicles guided by the company's standard installation procedures,
(2) Effective monitoring of our client's tracked assets via regular online checks, and revisits,
(3) Ensure quick turnaround times for installations, revisits, and recoveries,
(4) Managing productive relationships with existing clients.

*Working Hours:* Monday-Friday (8.00 am - 5 pm).

*Salary:* 300,000.00 NGN per annum (180,000.00 NGN fixed, and 120,000.00 NGN additional commissions based on performance as regards your meeting deliverables).

*Skills required (Customer Operations):*
(1) Problem solving;
(2) Patience;

(4) Emotional intelligence;
(5) Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Word and Excel;
(6) Product knowledge;
(7) Time management;

*Skills Required (Installation Operations):*
(1) Should be trainable on installations of tracking devices on assets,
(2) Self-motivated and driven by targets,
(3) Strong communication skills both written and oral,
(4) IT skills,
(5) Resilience, and
(6) Ability to influence and negotiate with others, and
(7) Commercial awareness.

Role: Office Support Officer

Job Description: (1) To ensure the office runs smoothly, (2) Provide Ongoing customers service support,(3) Generate reports and other documents,(4) Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, direction and frequently request company information,(5) Handle customers queries,(6) receive, sort and distribute email, (7) Take and deliver message and monitor visitor access, ( Assist in coordinating marketing events, (9) Maintain library and archive of marketing materials,(10) Manage inventory of give- aways, promotional items and client gifts.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday (8.30 am-5 pm).

Salary:180,000.00 NGN per annum (#15,000 per month)
