A random Google gave this price range for south London (black area) homes:

£94,500 - £3,500,000

https://www.foxtons.co.uk/living-in/south-london/house-prices/

I don't know how accurate it is.

94,500 gbp is 49,554,389.58 naira.

well, if everything in your brain reeks of scam, then you need to re-evaluate the way you reason.

Op, contact Meristem Securities for this.

FCMB has a plan for that as well.. I attended a Webinar on financing a property in the UK anchored by FCMB late last year.

Whatever you do, don't get scammed!

Hi I live in Uk and I have good relationship with a property firm called property stop uk owned by an indian firm. You can google them. However, if you have a contact who lives in North east england who you trust we can link up and conclude the deal. I dont want you to get scammed.

If you have n50m then use that money to travel to the uk to view potential properties to buy as an investor without a mortgage.

With your budget, I would suggest buying outside London. It the Birmingham, in the West Midlands one can get a 3 or 2 bed house for around £50k or you could try Manchester. Just make sure any house you buy has local amenities in the area like easy access to transport, shops, schools, businesses to make sure the house is attractive to renters.

Houses priced under £125k in the UK are not subjected to stamp duty tax so bear that in mind if you want a house above that price.

Check Rightmove.co.uk or zoopla for potential properties.

Make sure any agent you contact is registered with the National Trading standards and estate agency team (NTSEA) and that they can be reported to the UK Property Ombudsman should anything go amiss.

A good Estate Agency should be able to advice you on a good conveyancing lawyer to carry out the legalities in the sale. Just make sure the conveyancer is registered. You can easily check credentials on the Law Society website.

Don’t hand over any money to a third party or someone claiming that they have more access to information because they are based in the uk. Nowadays everything is online and financial transactions, legal documents etc can be done remotely.

The only aspect of the sale which I would suggest be done in person is to actually view the place you want to buy… even then you could contract a qualified surveyor ( again make sure they are registered with the (RICS) Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) to carry out a full property survey on your behalf.

Anything you are buying, don't buy a haunted house. For London, 98.7% of houses there are haunted. Don't ask me how I got the statistics.

When you or any tenant pack in, you will find an old looking doll. One of the family members must like the doll and adopt it. That's how the spirit starts tormenting them.

To save you the stress, you can just buy a land of your choice in the Metaverse. You can even own Eiffel Tower, rent it out, do anything with it in the Metaverse.

Oyibo are dolling huge sums of $ to buy property in the Metaverse. I advise you to do same.

Don't even ask me if I can buy land in the Metaverse.. I never mumu yet.

In terms of visas, the UK has different visa options for investors, including the Tier 1 Investor Visa. It's advisable to consult with an immigration expert or solicitor to navigate the visa process smoothly. If you're looking for professional assistance in the UK housing market, consider connecting with a reputable real estate agent. They can guide you through the process and help you find the perfect property. Personally, I had a great experience with a top rated south Winnipeg agent when evaluating my house in Canada to buy property in the UK. Professional agents can make the buying process much smoother.
