Forget all the religion that ultimately failed her.

If she had adopted a child, or even children, she would have found herself devoted ro their wellbeing, making it difficult for her to contemplate suicide.

I'm not saying even with the above one wouldn't, but you reduce the possibility.

In addition, she should have found a hobby that would entertain or at least occupy her.

Folake Abiola, an accountant with GLO, committed suicide last night by ingesting Sniper. She is known as a very kind person who is good at her job as a professional.

Unfortunately, she has no husband, no child, no boyfriend.
Just Church only, as an ardent believer.

Nigerians need to seek professional help regarding their situation in life as most religious institutions were not designed to tackle mental issues. Most of the Churches preach prosperity and do not bother with issues of the mind as they are not trained for this. People should therefore seek help to discuss the challenging areas of their lives without shame.

Osinachi too had no way of discussing her issues with her Pastors or family members. We need to start seeking help and counselling for issues which depress us. may her gentle soul rest in eternal peace. Amen.
