I was struck with great bewilderment when I stumbled into the viral comment of Tinubu boasting that its HIS TURN to become president of Nigeria. My widest imagination could not fathom on what basis this man feels so entitled to rule Nigeria as if the presidency is his sole patrimony.

Since this electioneering festival became manifest, I've carefully avoided making any online comments on political developments in recent time but this Tinubu's latest statement has stretched my somewhat political apathy to its elastic limit and I'm compelled to allow a significant paradigm shift in my political worldview and I'll start by correcting Tinubu's political Megalomania by unambiguously stating that, TINUBU, IT'S NOT YOUR TURN!!!

Yes, it is not your turn. It is the turn of the millions of Nigerians who have been sabotaged and betrayed by the political elites among whom you stand conspicuous.

It is the turn of the frustrated millions of Nigerian students who have been perpetually denied access to quality education by the synergetic efforts of an administration you collectively masterminded its ascendency to power and its predecessors. It is the turn of the teeming Nigeria youths to return to classrooms just as their counterparts in other countries.

It is the turn of Nigerians across board to have their lives secured. It is the turn of Nigerians to walk freely on the streets without the fear of kidnapping, robbery, banditry and ritual killings.

May I put you on notice that the presidency is the turn of hopeless Nigerians who are dying in rural and urban areas without access to quality health care. It is our turn to fly to LONDON, AMERICA and other countries for medical treatment just like you, Buhari and other politicians routinely do.

It is the turn of millions of SMEs that have been crippled and obviously thrown into economic oblivion as a result of unfavorable business climate made possible by successive political parasites in power, the latest of which you helped to push into Aso Rock, to have enabling economic ground to thrive.

It is the turn of Nigerians to make so Much wealth such that BULLION VANS can be at their beckon whenever the need ARISES.

It is the turn of the LEKKI MASSACRE victims to get justice. It is the turn of our security forces to be equipped and well paid to carry out their functions. It is not the turn of 50 million youths to be conscripted to fight Boko Haram with stomach filled with pounded yam and eba as you want.

It is the turn of the unemployed youths to grab the presidency. It the turn of Nigerians to have access to good roads, electricity and other social amenities which you and your fellow power hungry elites have denied them for umpteenth years.

Because it is the turn of Nigerians to control the presidency, you are the least qualified to be the one to drive this new Nigerian dream. You must come to terms that whatever role you played to help anyone get to the seat of power does not confer any TURN on you to claim the presidency.

Notwithstanding, may I remind you the TURN that truly belongs to you. It is your turn to retire and allow the youth to decide their future but as far as the presidency is concerned, it is NOT your turn!!!!
