canada is not only about money. Its either by student visa or express entry. Student visa u will need 4m to 8m and its not guaranteed they will give visa. For express entry you need to be of a good age below 30 31, have 3 years experience, have a masters or bsc plus diploma, high scores in ielts to stand a chance. Any agent promising work permit is a scammer

tell your brother to go into tech especially software development with java spring boot stack. Use that money and invest in his tech startup. After some years he should go for venture capital funding which runs into billions. For canada forget about it, student visa is very hard to get. For the month of May alone they received 100k student visa applications. They cannot keep up with such influx.

Better Still Process Germany or Portugal

Not just that. Any agent promising Visa is a scam. It is left for the Canadian government to decide. Visa is not 100% anywhere.

OP, don't try the bold. It's a ridiculous idea. Not everyone can be an entrepreneur and the tech startup might fail. In fact, the chances of falling are extremely high.

Depending on how much the land costs and his undergraduate degree, he can try the UK. It's easier than Canada (8/10 student's visas' applications from Nigeria are rejected). Alternatively, he can learn software engineering or any profitable digital skill. Hone it, get a remote job that pays in dollars and after few years, seek for employment abroad. At this point, his skills not his degree will be his asset. But this route will take a minimum of five years.

Is the aim just for him to get to Canada? Any developed country in these times.... getting a Visa is the easiest of challenges. The most important thing is what is going to be his immigration status? We just read about the fiery lady that got a fat eye and arrested....that one said had a great job in Nigeria before she left.... only to be hawking tea. Upkeep in any such country is not easy... and times worse if you do not have the necessary papers to give you the opportunities to earn or receive support. Would you be willing to sell more land to support his stay? ... or would you be expecting him to make his way in a few months? ... like find a White girl to marry? What are your expectations?

get a master's degree in UK

While doing it, he will be working and be saving....6months after getting into UK, he should start applying for express entry for Canada. Before the end of the study visa, he will have two options, visa Canada or UK post study visa which is two years.

Why not try UK,Canada is really expensive and the denial rate is high .

And if you so much love Canada he can still travel from UK to Canada when he makes enough money and experience in UK..

Is UK easier? How do one go about it?
