I'm thinking of moving from lagos to ibadan for a while change of scenery and explore a thing or two.

What are sought out the most is Security, Stable Electricity and a modern environment with less rowdiness... More like a GRA...

Been doing research and I have narrowed down the list to : Akobo, Aerodrome,Ikolaba,Agodi GRA, Oluyole or Alalubosa...

Now i need help getting the best possible place that to settle for... Any advise..? or any other place that might be better??
