I saw something in one of popular dubai news paper this morning, as I open one of the pages I saw something that got my attention, people who rejected one of the highest ranking order of the British empire Award, I decided to make more further research about of one of these noble men who turn down one one of the highest order of the British Empire , Award anyone will jump to accept but some of these men turn down the Awards for various reasons , but one that interested me most is one of them who turned down the order Award because of British government involvement in Biafra war one of these men his name is John Lennon a former member of British Band Group The beatles , he rejected the award OBE ( Order of British Empire) 2nd most prestigious ranking order after Knight , his reason is because of British involvement in Biafra/Nigeria war.

Yes some people did.
