Our technology-focused team is hiring a researcher to join us as a Research Associate. We want a researcher in any of the field who is highly knowledgeable in the theories in their field and can relate these theories to technology.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Writing essays on allocated topics
Support the principal investigator (PI) in developing and implementing the research agenda;
Conduct high-quality and innovative research;
Design and implement methods to compare proposed work with state of the art baselines;
Drafting literature review on-demand or as needed
Drafting research proposals, articles, communications, books, and whitepapers
Making recommendations to solve problems

Qualification:
Minimum qualification is a master's degree.
Applicants should possess a record of research achievement, including peer-reviewed publications

Preferred Candidates:
Minimum qualification is MSc with research experience.
Candidates with PhD in any field are encouraged to apply and may be preferred

Required:
Prior experience in research is required. A record of publications in reputable outlets or a paper in review.
Ability to use a reference manager.
Proof of ability to do statistics
The candidate must possess the ability to work under little or no supervision
Work with scientists in different disciplines and across sites and teams

Preferred Characteristics:
Quick learner, who can participate in the ideation of research needs and opportunities, strategy, and solution recommendation
Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently and in a team to get the work done
Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including an ability to work to in tight deadlines
Comfortable working remotely and attending regular online meetings
Flexibility/ability to work in an environment where requirements may change with new information

Candidate Attributes:
Our ideal candidate excels at aspects of academic research: reading, in-depth literature search, writing, and ideation
Will have demonstrable skill in the following:
Research Method: demonstrable knowledge of quantitative or qualitative
Literature review
Excellent usage of MS Office
Drafting questionnaires, research proposals, writing
Hard worker, with an exceptionally high standard of quality; Can work with minimal or no supervision
