Here are 10 healthy etiquette that can help improve your well-being as an individual.


1. Brush at least twice everyday ( morning and evening before bedtime).


2. Do exercise. At least 30Mins exercise routine everyday before leaving for your daily activities.


3. Be careful with your mental health. Don't play with your emotions unnecessary.

4. Keep friends, but the rightful ones.


5. Read good books.


6. Go for regular check-ups to know your health status. This also helps you to know your level of participation in an physical activity.

7. Eat healthy food.


8. Sleep for at least 8 hours to be able to regain energy lost during the day.


9. Keep your environment clean. This includes your physical appearance and clothing.
