WHAT A STUPID IDIOTIC HEADING.

YOU USE PRESENT TENSE "BEGINS", THEN SAY IT WILL COMMENCE REFINING IN 2023.

SO WHY NOT SAY "WILL BEGIN REFINING IN 2023", INSTEAD OF "BEGINS REFINING IN 2023"...

OH U WANT TO MAKE US FEEL GOOD AS IF WE SHOULD START ACTING AS IF WE, TODAY, FEEL THE EFFECT OF TOMORROW'S PROMISE?

JUST LIKE RUBBING OIL OF MEAT ON OUR LIPS AND EXPECTING US TO SALIVATE... THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETE LUNATICS!

By next year Ahmed Dikko will say issue another nonsense statement and shift the date till after elections bla bla bla. So sad we have mediocres heading very key sectors. Like the overated Hadi Seriki of Aviation ministry who up till this moment has not issued any statement on the near collapse of the Aviation sector.
