They might request for police report tho if the owner has not called for blockage and they discovered fraudulent activity(s) on the card.

The owner would have probably blocked it. Nonetheless, destroy it.
Do not take it to the bank, you don't know the circumstances surrounding the loss of the card. It might be robbery or worse.

These days, no one takes back his/ her lost ATM card because ( with Gtbank) you can easily walk down to their ATM and print out a new card and its 870.
If I lost my ATM card and you happen to find it, I will never take it back from you, I will only say thank you.

You can either take it to the bank or snap it and send a screenshot to UBAGROUP OR UBA CARES ON TWITTER or FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM informing them you saw it on the floor

I agree with your concern because of the corrupt and inefficient Nigerian policing and judicial system. You have various options to choose from. Take the one that best suit you. The owner should have blocked it by now anyway

Perhaps you can consider taking it to any branch of the bank. If they attempt to molest you then walk away..please go with an identity card

Anywhere you pick ATM, just use fire or scissors to pieces it. Dont throw the complete card away for fraudsters. Never risk to return something that is replaced with 1k.

I once picked a card, guess what i did.... I destroyed it.
Destroy the card, before you start confessing to what you never did .

The best thing you will do for the owner and for your self, is to destroyed it.
