Having read the nairalanders story of getting hold of a UBA ATM card and was Willing to return it to the bank because it might get to wrong hands of fraudsters or something

I am just here to clear something as no one has made any comment like even if fraudsters get hold of it, its of no use because they don't know the pin.
This is Nigeria and many will come here to say how they can do it, bla bla bla, and how someone once did it to them.
Omo the truth is no one can ever make any ATM transaction without the correct pin of that ATM card, if it's an online transaction u definitely need an OTP before it can be done
For those of you who will say they can or it has been done to them, omo prove me wrong, I fit give you my main bank ATM card, even plus the pin self which is my life savings to prove me on this, once you can do it, chat me for my DM(mail) I will reply u here with my ATM card back and front
The banks knows exactly what they ar doing when they introduced pin and OTP
