I think the wind speed in that final was 2.5m/s, making it a wind aided run.

Very true (the BALCO scandal was the final straw of many straws for me, especially since I genuinely admired Marion Jones), but with the kind of testing going on in and out of competition nowadays , plus the fact that you can chop a lengthy ban for just missing a test(even if you test negative eventually)...missing a test, mind...I doubt.
