Thanks for this insight. I did WES Canada evaluation in 2020. Just confirming if I can still use that. I will check out the silvergate evaluation.

WES I think has different offerings for the US and Canada so I guess it's better and safer to do that tailored to the US

I can't remember clearly, I think read something related somewhere on the NVC website or so. I can't locate it again.

It's most likely EB1A won't fly. The criteria is heavy, and they don't seem to agree with pieces of evidence presented.

You don't have to contact NVC after DQ. They will send your IL after scheduling interview.

Please I just stumbled on this process and I am wondering if I am eligible to know which of the EB am I eligible for.

1.I have BSC in computer science already evaluated by WES
2.I worked in an IT firm from 2016-2020(Because am close to the Owner I can claim till date)
I worked as IT sales rep then promoted to Business Development Manager of the Company
3.Currently I am a Key distributor for a food chain just like my own business and still running Web Development as a side hustle.

Kindly advice if i am eligible to apply for the Visa.

Approval of EB2 NIW usually takes some months, except you pay for express which is less than a month. Mine was approved within four months. Then you apply for immigrant Visa after the approval. This is where it takes longer time depending on the US Consulate that will conduct your interview.

Go for EB1 if you have also reviewed for a journal.

I think one part of EB1 is used for that. I know I came across it when I was researching about my case.

I have 1st degree in Engineering (Elect/Elect), then MBA, MSc Financial Engineering and MSc Organizational Psychology, PhD in-view.
My husband is a Network Engineer with MSc in Software Engineering
We both have over 15years of experience in multi-national companies, myself from Tech to Finance this days and hubby in Network Security.
Both of us are COREN certified engineers.
We had 5yrs F2 visa in 2016 but was not used due to some reasons(health), hope it wont be of any consequence.

Please can someone advise if we are qualified for EB2 NIW, if yes where to start from, which link to check, the requirements, steps to apply, any available info and guide is welcome.
