Why didn't INEC give Adeleke a certificate of return immediately the tribunal or Appeal court awarded him victory?

It was because Oyetola had the right of appeal within 21days, it is only when he doesn't appeal within that time frame that his certificate would be withdrawn and issued to the court approved winner.

But as usual, APC is loaded with fools who have imbeciles as followers so they rather constitute nuisance in less than one working day of judgment.

They should calm down and allow the judicial process to be exhausted before calling for implementation of the tribunal judgement.
