Considering Universities were on strike during registration, many students probably registered to vote at their home address. I don't think voting is the problem with Nigeria.
Nigerians have voted six times in 23 years but democracy has not moved Nigeria forward one bit.
Restructure Nigeria first and Nigerians will have a reason to vote other than sentiment and a purpose to vote, to develop Nigeria not themselves, all together and in summary, voting for the right reasons.
Nigerians are not mentally ready to change the country they live in.
