You better tell them...As a contract staff no promotion, you remain in your position till the day they are tired of you.

Depends on the pay of the two companies in question and how sound the person is.

I know for a fact that First Bank do conversion exercise where contract staff are converted to Full time staff.
The program is done every year for staff that have spent one year in the bank and not more than 35 years.

To be converted, you have to pass the test and all the assessment, including training sch.

May U use dat rope to take ur life. May u see sorrows associated with suicide. O tears from sorrow, rain into u. Start seeing rivers of tears as u gnash ur teeth in pain. Cry me a river and let me fetch from it. See pains in ur tears as u weep out in agony
Please, is this meant for me? What wrong did I do in my kind response I reject this entirely. Back to sender. Which rope you are referring to here? There is no rope in my comment. haba. This is strange. Read my response again:

"This question is only you that can answer it better. Apply for leave from firstbank and work briefly in Orange groups to be able to compare. Is the Orange group job a permanent employment? Is the remuneration better? What is career growth like there? If you remain at Firstbank, is there any chance you could be staffed? Is the remuneration today better? What is your career plan like and which of the two jobs fits better? What is the market growth potential of both jobs? When u answer these questions convincingly, you would easily choose. Good luck."

Please stick with firstbank, Orange group is scam, I assure you, you can't last two months there,

According to those who worked with them, they regretted, they will promise you, 40k for a start,

Please continue with firstbank for now, don't make the mistake of joining this orange group...

I hope people will really come out to support everything I said

People telling you to leave FBN, know nothing about Orange Group, the makers of Delta soap.

But you can try it and see.

There are full-time roles that are worse than banking contract jobs. Many Nigerians are in one, but their mouth is the sharpest when any topic on banks comes up.

Go to Google and search Orange Group + Nairaland. Enjoy yourself.

OP didn’t even clarify well. It’s Orange Drugs Group not Orange Group. He is confusing it with Orange, the telecom giant.

If na Orange Drug wey dey package soap and dey sell energy drinks for Ilupeju, my brother OP should, ruuuuunnnnnnn. I won’t say more than that. Na parapo company o. If you know you know. Cliques dey there repete. If im no belong, he is on a loooonnnng thing. Dem go show OP pepper and set him up.

But I can’t advise the OP on what to do with his banking job than to start writing either CFA or ACCA.

Better remain with First Bank as Orange group has no career prospect.

You will work like an elephant and eat like an ant.

Even the salary is nothing to write home about.

A word is enough for the wise.

Really! Na him their test come hard like that? Think say na better place to work.
