*RESPONSIBILITIES*

�Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and create and edit videos

�Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.

�Develop illustrations, visuals, logos and other designs using standard software.

�Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.

�Work with copywriters and creative director to produce pictures and video designs.

�Test graphics across various media.

Amend designs after feedback.

�Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and On-brand.


*REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS*

�Proven graphic designing experience

�A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

�Familiarity with design software and technologies ( such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

�A keen eye for aesthetics and details

�Excellent communication skills

�Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

�Certification in Design, Adobe Photoshop or related field is an added advantage.

Research, identify, scout for and recommend viable investment properties to the company.


*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

�Surfing the internet to scout for real estate deals

�Physically Identify viable property leads through networking.

�Physical visits to properties.

*REQUIREMENTS*

�HND qualification in any Social Science courses, Estate management or Urban and Regional planning certification is an added advantage.

�Good communication, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

�Disciplined and goal oriented.

�Ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously, good presentation and negotiation skills.

�Excellent use of the Microsoft computer packages and use of the internet for research.

�Ability to excel in a dynamic environment.

�Excellent organization, and leadership skills.

�Minimum of 1 years Experience.
