You will need a long Cable, meaning a high rated recommendation. If you can target 5 companies you are looking to work for, do your leg work and get in touch with at least 2 senior officials from such companies, sell yourself, your character, enthusiasm, loyalty spirit and humbleness and maybe out of 5, one or two may take a liking to you as an individual and offer you the opportunity.
