The rejoinder was made in a statement made available to sources on Wednesday by Dr. Doyin Okupe, director-general of the Obi-Datti Ahmed Presidential Campaign Organization.

There was no justification for the LP presidential candidate to consider such action of withdrawing or supporting another candidate, according to Okupe, who described Obi as the most electable presidential candidate to every segment of the country’s population and with the most potent capacity to rescue Nigeria from its current degeneration to the abyss.

In reference to the 2023 presidential race, Okupe stated, “I hereby unequivocally dispute the erroneous notion, making the rounds, that Peter Obi has made any deals with alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the PDP.” Obi is far ahead of all other presidential contenders in the nation thanks to God’s Grace and the widespread acceptance and support of Nigerians at home and abroad, especially the youth. Therefore, it follows logically that he cannot be in negotiations with any other candidates or their parties who are less well-liked. This cheap, self-serving, and distracting propaganda—which, in our opinion, is not emanating from the Atiku camp—is hereby recommended against by the general public.

The Obidient Movement’s electorate “grows more and more electorates on an hourly basis, while it is clear that the political fortunes and followership of the other parties dwindle and recede like a drying lake in the searing heat of an arid desert.” The Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign Organization is committed to completing its purpose, which is to RETURN NIGERIA to the Nigerian youth in order to guarantee their shared future.
