I heard this forum can be helpful at times. so I want to use this opportunity to ask for some help.


I desperately want to learn Ac repair and installation from a trusted and verified source, so I went to LG's showroom in ShopRite here in Owerri to make an enquiry and the lady told me they don't teach it there, that they only employ those who have learnt it already.

So, I asked here where one can learn it and she said Lagos or Abuja. That they have so many technical schools over there where I can comfortably learn it. That once I'm done learning it, I should come with my certificate and they will employ me.

So basically, I just need the info on where one can learn it in Lagos and the fees. That's all. And I'll come over. I have a maternal uncle that I can crash in his place.

You need to first make the leap.

Get to Lagos first. Do your due diligence by visiting the schools.

You're trying to mitigate risk by getting all the facts first. Major reason you've been lukewarm about coming to Lagos.

Leave Owerri. You'll get a school, get trained and land a good job. All the best.

PS: I know one or two around Ogun State. But that's not what youare looking for.

find out about the repair in owerri, coming to lagos when you can get some in owerri is not good risk to take.

Go to any AC repair shop tell them u would work for free 6 months u are good to go.

i cant believe that cos there will be someoene around that can help you, so do they move their appliance for lagos branch to repair and return i guess no cos of expenses, there might few people that know about it so connect to them,
go to google and type ac repair in anambra and see alot of people in your insterest or go to other outlet like samsung and others

Since you don't hva the money now..... like someone said ... go offer to help one in the business for free. If that be your interest I suggest you start learning from Google and You Tube ... thanks to them you can learn a lot on your own. I also suggest you focus on fridge repairs. Use Voogle to learn how a fridge works ... the different parts and their purpose so you will have an understanding of their role in the whole operation. You Tube will give you visuals and show how things are done. As an apprentice... you will not just be doing stuff because Oga said do it ... but you will understand why it is being done... or why it should not be done.

If this is really do-able, fine. But to be honest, I don't have anything doing that will give me money to buy sub for YouTube videos. That's my only fear sir.
