Importance of Courts in Democratic Elections.

President Muhammad Buhari was made to remain as President of Nigeria by Supreme Court Judgements on 2015 and 2019 Presidential Elections. Pre-election and Election COURT CASES were involved (certificates saga, faulty election processes, etc.).

MORE THAN HALF of the Governors (past and present) in Nigeria were made to remain Governors of their states by Multiple Court Judgements and Supreme Court Judgements. Examples: Peter Obi (APGA/LABOUR), Nyesom Wike (PDP), Douye Diri (PDP), Babajide Sanya-Olu (APC); Nasir El-Rufai (APC); And More!

ALMOST ALL Elective Political Positions in Nigeria involve pre-election cases and election cases.

ALL OVER THE WORLD (America and Kenya examples), Politicians are always engaged in FRIVOLOUS and SERIOUS Court Cases when Elections do NOT favour them in DEMOCRATIC POLITICS.

ALL Politicians campaigning for elective political positions in Nigeria should take note of the importance of Court Cases in Nigeria Political Elections and be guided accordingly.
