pls nairalanders I want to know if it's possible for me to get my IT/SWISS log book from my school(IMSU) anytime or there is a possibility I won't get it...I misplaced the other one
pls I need to know because it's important.

You have to speak with the course coordinator and see if you can get another one from the SIWES office, bring along the receipt of the previous and state what happened (if asked).

both receipt and everything is gone....

I believe you made several copies (most students do) of the receipt, if not... You current school fees receipt (it should match the level/year of IT participation) letter of invitation/acceptable from the firm and maybe a little money (cuz you are paying for the log book again).
