I don't know if anyone has ever felt like being sick or vomitting any time they're travelling on a long journey in a car or bus?
It happens to me a lot of times and makes my journey experiences terrible.
I'll like to know if there's any way i can probably control that experience.

It's called motion sickness and used to happen to me(it still happens but not occasionally like before).

Anyways what usually works for me is
1..sitting in the front seat.
2..Not eating before or during the journey.
3..sitting close to the window incase i couldn't get the front seat.
4..Trying my best to sleep throughout most of the journey.

So these are my tips but i prefer 1 the best cuz whenever i get to seat in the front I'm totally free from any nausea or feeling of vomiting.

Lol, this stuff is what makes me dread travelling. Good ventilation is the surest cure I know, you might also want to be well rested before embarking on the journey.

You're very correct, it also gets worse if you get stuck in traffic.

Yes oh.. All those stopping and moving will make you feel very dizzy and nauseous.

take avomine anti-neausea drug just before embarking on the journey and you re covered. This is what I give my kids to prevent vomiting during long distance journey

The main thing that helped me to beat motion sickness is to sit in the front seat, or in the back seats middle, so that my eyes can always be on the road. Don't look away from the road (don't read or use phone) and you should be fine. Have a window open for fresh air.
