The former Police Commissioner eed to be investigated as well as those who worked in the Medical Examiner's Office in the hospital. How can one dig a shallow grave in the office?.... and redo the floor without anyone knowing? Who did the job? He need to confess everything... especially how many more he killed. Who knows how many he already killed since he left I believe this man is into organ harvesting... women will flock him because of his title ... after all ... he must be a good man.
