please go to the school and meet his HEAD OF DEPARTMENT or DEAN OF his faculty to find out if he's still a student, whether he's rusticated and if he is what really caused his rustication.you cannot rely on hear say and possiblities or online opinions.you really need to go to his school to find out what really went wrong and how you can salvage the situation.you also need to make friends with his friends and know the type of people he moves with.you should also get to make friends with his girlfriend(s) such people have a lot of information about your son that you don't have.they are the people who KNOW HIM VERY WELL.you know him at home,but they know who he really is in school

I hope you get this message on time,there’s no need to panic.
In a situation like this ,there are two things you can do
1. Go to the ict at Oye and explain things to them,they can still make the payment for you.
2. Chill,cos there’s every likelihood that the portal will still be reopened maybe one or two more times before admission finally ends.
