if you victimise a student, the old days of students hiring cultists and paying them to deal with you on your way back home outside campus will come back

Lecturers only have power within the four walls of the universities.

In the outside world, it is man to man. Some students even feed the lecturers and give them money when they appear in their okrika clothes, worn out shoes and rusty old model Toyota.
So if any lecturer should maltreat a student unjustly and illegally in the guise of transfer of aggression.
The student have the right to retaliate in same vein by beating the lecturer outside the school and cripple him. A weak man on empty stomach can easily be beaten to stupor by a 19yr old fresh student.

Let me bear my mind on infrastructure. Many universities do not have infrastructure yet they have accreditation for many courses. How true this is? The reason is because universities are complicit on this. As it stands, university should be truthful about the state of infrastructure when accreditation panel visits them and stop cutting corners. It is there and then they would be vindicated when majority of courses loss accreditation and embargo placed on admission. But for now, infrastructure is OK and students are comfortable. Then it will it prove that ASUU isn't selfish, for now they are.

ASUU know this and they are ok with that.
They are not on strike cos of students or infrastructures. They just want huge salaries that's all, they just add other things

Don't mind them.

They are now threatening the students as if it was the students that sent them to embark on that fruitless journey of a wild goose chase they went on.

The funny thing is that they have not even been doing their job well so what they are saying they are going to be doing if the federal government refuses to settle them is exactly what they have been doing since.

Useless people.

Anybody who knows their secret won't sympathize with them.
The summary is that they see the strike as a period to go and rest while coming back to meet accumulated wages in their accounts

Those lecturers are nothing, we see them on the street everyday.
They only have power when they are in class with their students.

I have said it before, any lecturer who maltreat students illegally after this strike, the student should respond by beating the lecturer mercilessly and crippling him.

Let me tell you the simple truth that even the school will do anything to hide from you.

Your certificates don't really matter that much again as it used to matter when our parents went to school.

So while you are focusing on making good grades while in school, also focus on learning one or two skills that you will need to keep you going after you graduate.

We live in interesting times when even the ''knowledge'' that ASUU might be claiming they possess is no longer in their custody alone, because thanks to the internet, knowledge and education has also been liberalized and the pattern of delivering such knowledge has also changed a lot.

Which means anybody who seriously wants to learn something worthwhile may or may not go to the university to learn the stuff.

This should be a very worrying fact to ASUU but instead of trying to innovate with the times, they are busy calling for and embarking on strike every now and then.

It is only in africa; lecturers deal with you because of some kind of man to man issues. As a lecturer you dare not deal with or fail a student on man to man issues except the student fails academically
