The strike embarked upon by the Academic staff union of universities can be examined in various ways .
However,one thing we have to take note of apart from the problems confronting universities is the many Sins of the Academic staffs themselves .
The systemic oppressive systems that the lecturers have been benefitting from during Academic sessions and the level of intimidation,harrassement,humiliation and embarrassment that the school systems have been built upon by the lecturers themselves ,the HODs,the professors ,vice chancellor's and the up to the provost and all the Academic staffs entirely.
This chain of oppression is the faulty mechanism that has shaped students from one academic session to become the new oppressors when they become retained by the schools or by institutions.
Everyone wants to avenge an attitude meted out to them by their wicked predecessors who benefited from such systems and built massive wealth during their own hellish tenure.
Let's see how the infalliable word of God described this CHAIN OF OPPRESSION WHICH IS THE MANY SINS OF ACADEMIC STAFFS.
Ecclesiastes 5:8
If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they.

Take note ,he that is higher than the highest regardeth and there be higher than they.
A province is an ancient word for an area or a settlement or a city.
Universities are like also another world entirely but this verse describes one thing common to all universities and it is OPPRESSION!!!

GOD IS aware of all these oppressions and it evident he has heard the cries of the oppressed and by intervening in a way we don't see means both the wicked ones and those benefitting from such system of oppression have all been stopped from their jobs
This may be in form of a strike but the sins of these oppressors are just too much.
LECTURERS.
A lecturer is oppressive when he mandates female students to gratify his sexual desire for marks.
A lecturer is oppressive when he deliberately fails a student for having a relationship with his or her person of interest.
A lecturer is oppressive when he humiliates a student either verbally,emotionally,physically, psychologically,mentally or environmentally no matter the offence of the student.
A lecturer is oppressive when he just fails a student for no reason and give marks of the students who merited it to another student who bribed them.
A lecturer is wicked and oppressive when they threaten students who don't agree with their ideology or who challenges then justly.
A lecturer is wicked when they task students to do the unthinkable.
This is what we are talking about.
A lecturer who is in the cult or occult also is wicked when he forcefully recruits one by humiliation, intimidation, harrassement and embarrassment.
These four code factors occur on every school campus in Nigeria.
A lecturer is wicked when they hunt children of lecturers who taught them in their time and then decide to fail them because of what their parents did to them during their own days.
Can I talk of vice chancellor's or other members of academic staffs.
The bribes,the corrupt and unwholesome practices that is a norm in the racketeering system.
From the Admissions to Graduations there is a trace of oppression all over.
A project supervisor would task a student under him with high duties and cash.
He would be tossing that fellow to and fro u til he or she is rendered so frustrated!!
In modest appeal,we see that this system has created a cycle of revenge.
Occultism has destroyed the true belief system of the student and their attitudes.
Occultism seems to be a societal I'll whose founders at that time never meant it to become a monster it is today.
We see how the various cults have become international and continue killing one another.
So much bloodshed In the universities.
Oppression makes a wise man become foolish.
Ecclesiastes 7:7
Surely oppression maketh a wise man mad; and a gift destroyeth the heart.
An intelligent person suddenly sees being oppressive as a way of gain and looses his or her dignity,her integrity or her own charisma just because they want to make wealth.
Jeremiah 22:17
But thine eyes and thine heart are not but for thy covetousness, and for to shed innocent blood, and for oppression, and for violence, to do it.
These verses point to occultism and also the negative effect of oppressors.
Because of covetousness,they shed innocent blood.
Cultism in universities has cost more lives than strike period.
Youth restiveness is a cause effect of oppression.
The sins of the Academic staff are many.we can say extortion which the bible calls robbery and covetousness is one of them.
Telling lies or falsehood can be termed as fraud,scams,falsification,impersonation,and other social vices supported by information and technology are all part of the oppressive system.
Job 35:9
By reason of the multitude of oppressions they make the oppressed to cry: they cry out by reason of the arm of the mighty.

Psalms 62:10
Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

Psalms 73:8
They are corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression: they speak loftily.
Those who are part of it speak as if it's a norm.
They don't care about what happens to the students .
They don't care if a student bribes them or doesn't.
They are only after the gains of oppressions.
Psalms 107:39
Again, they are minished and brought low through oppression, affliction, and sorrow.
What is the glory of going to a Nigerian university
Nothing after prolonged years of suffering from a system of oppression .
Such years shape the mentality of students to also become oppressive when they start working.
We see that they throw all caution away and show no mercy because the years of oppression has always been all effective to the students .
One thing common is that it becomes a part of life.
There is no way one can be free from it.
The university environment is oppressive wether legally or illegally.
Mostly the federal universities are some gates of hell.
So oppressive.
Graduation is the last stage of oppression as it phases out to get transcript is another thing.
To be cleared from a federal university is another matter entirely.
These things have worsened and is the system that is built entirely on it all.
So we see it all,oppression is rife
It trains students to become clever devil's who live on oppression of others and transfer their aggression to others.
The effect of it all is that the labour market becomes the field where oppressive fruits are being reaped by oppressors and they cycle continues
I believe God has had enough and this strike is a punishment on ASUU MEMBERS and also wicked staffs who have been doing evil for so long and enjoying the evil.
Many of them have died now.
Let it be a lesson to them all, oppression is not good at all.
Many good students became fornicators and adulterers because of oppression.
Many became liars to their parents back home

Many became proud and ended up committing abortion.
Infact,the system has changed you into what you never wished to become.
These are the many Sins of the Academic staff.
May God have mercy on those who also have pleasure in those that oppress the innocent because it is beneficial to them also.
I close this epistle with this verse as Gods judgment is and has come on wicked staffs and students also.
Romans 1:32
Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
God would judge the wicked and end the reign of oppression soon.
God cannot be mocked, whatsoever a man SOWS,he shall reap!!!!
