Step 3: Push up - make sure u do minimum 10push up every morning so when u chasing women, u don't gas out like feeding bottle (real talk)

Step 4: Stay alert: this means u stay ready juss in case u see another babe u want to chase.....so u can chase her without stress

Step 5: Pray - pray u find the right woman (lightskin or halfcast woman) so the world can accept u as a real man bucuz no man is a real man until he date lightskin or halfcast woman like wumi2017 (TRUE STORY) .
