This is nonsense. Exams are meant to test knowledge of THE COURSE, not students' ability to remember events that took place during lecture - unless that is related to the course. For example, they're education students and there's a course about how lecture interruptions affect learning. This is a cheapening of exam, and one is shocked as to what that once-great university has been reduced to.

Unless this picture was taken by a lecturer, it is a malpractice to enter an exam hall with your phone. If this was done by a student, he should be fished out and punished accordingly.
The course being examined matters. If the course is on SECURITY, it may not be out of place to ask the students this question.

UNN allows phone and even test books for computer base exam cos the answer can't be found on phones or books but classroom teachings and common sense. Your phones would do little to help you in such exams.
