To become Successful is the desire of most humans irrespective of color, sex, educational background or financial status. Yet, facts all around us shows that not everyone is successful.

Why would it be so since almost everyone desires it? Well, the simple answer is that while all may seek to become successful, not all will do the work needed to achieve it. And that brings us to yet another question, what work is needed to become successful?
