The University of Oulu International Scholarship Scheme provides scholarships to academically talented international students studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at the University of Oulu. The scholarships will be granted in the form of a tuition fee waiver covering 50%, 75% or 100% of the full tuition fee.

Value of Award: 100% tuition fee

Applicants must be International Students
Applicants must be proficient in English Language
Applicants have to enrol in the undergraduate degree programme.
Applicants have to meet the English language requirements of the university.
How to Apply: International applicants are recommended to take admission in the undergraduate degree programme at the university.
