I did apply too but have not heard from them. I hope they are not using the cv's they collected from primepeople fair ?

I was mailed last week (16th Aug 2007) to be on stand by as I would be called in for another interview within 48 hours during this week.

I received an email on Thursday for the interviwe on saturday 25th Aug 2005 at a location on the Island.

I was basically asked if this was my first interview n I responded no as I did the one at Ocean View.

In all I was asked what informed my decision to work with Sahara n when what Business Sahara is involved in.

Just learn enough about their services n what u have to offer n you interview will go well.

They emphasised that the programme would last for a few months which was contrary to what was said in the first interview I did at Ocean View- Basically telling them about your self n they built upon what was said. As in you say i enjoy networking with people n have good facilitation skills. they ask so when do u network n how many times have u facilitated sessions. i hope u catch my drift?

Ehen, they said The Sahara Trainee Management Programme would last two years before I would be posted to one of their subsidiaries. I know they have Sahara Resources n Sahara Field. Just google it n see. What I know is that they market and distribute Crude oil products.

The second interview was done by three people. A lady from HR, A really cute guy n then the MD- I think Mr. Cole.

They also asked me if I had any questions, n I asked what the expectations were for the trainee programme n the lady said when I get to that river I would cross!

Well they also said that if i am taken n dont meet expectations then I would be dropped.
