This building was completed in 2017 but due to the distance I decided to sell it to someone that's around the area or investor so that he/she will take good care of the building. In 2019 that I was in that area, A room self contained around the location is 100 to 120k.

I don't know exact amount now, as early stated, the house was locked after renovation but a friend advised me to rent a flat or two out so that they will be cleaning the compound. I gave the flat out at the rate of 160k to a lady air force staff and her colleagues (2flats) with standing instruction on why I gave it out like dah and they must comply.


Standard 2bedrooms of that standard shouldn't be less than 200k to 250k in that area. Buyer can use it for shortlet, hospital or mini school.
