Hi everyone, I'm really passionate about doing something to help the young talented footballers in my community. I'm thinking of organizing a football tournament and putting up a modest price for the winning team. I also want to recruit fresh talented players that will form a formidable team that should also compete in the tournament. I believe if organized properly, the tournament will create bonding among several teams and bring fulfillment to many local players. Now, the matter is that I would need your suggestions on: [list] [li] how best I can organize such a project;[/li] [li] what things I should look out for;[/li] [li] how to get sponsors;[/li] [li] how to connect the talented players we discover to foreign or lucrative leagues;[/li] [li] how the newly formed club can join in playing matches in Nigeria local league;[/li] [li] any other recommendations you have.[/li] [/list] I really believe this project can help many young players out there.
