Perhaps, but the purpose is very questionable as I know that Ebonyi has a lot of mining activities that use explosives. Some are illegal.
The armed forces are ofcourse invariably involved and I know that they do help transport these.

News can be twisted to serve any purpose.

All I know is that I condemn violence and I condemn twisted tales even more as it is the harbinger of violence.
