Here's what I need help with:

2. I need suggestions how to select this winners.

Suggestions to Number 2 above, with the most likes will be adopted.

UPDATED UPDATE: Once this thread gets to end of 4TH page, suggestion with the most likes, no matter how ridiculous it sounds, WILL be adopted.

LATEST UPDATE: I see lots of people suggesting 5k for 54 people. In as much as the idea sounds laudable, the reason I wanted to give the 270k out will be defeated. The numbers 10 and 27 need to be represented.

When everyone is quoting at the same time it leaves little room for alts.

Of course everyone posting in the first 1-2 pages wants first come first served… because that means THEY get the money.

My suggestion for a fair award is to go to the US student visa page and pick the top 10 or 27 folks there who are consistently helping provide advice and help. You can also include posters who may be struggling with paying application fees. Most of those asking for money here contribute zero to the very thread that supported you 10 years ago.

People like OP need an award. Coming back to your root is what many won't do. I hope I am a beneficiary.

My eyes have not seen neither ear have heard this huge amount of giveaway on nairaland am yet to witness something new today.....wether it reach me or not I will live to tell d story....and a motivation to grease my elbow hence...270k in this harsh economy.....omo
