Instead of laughing, why don't you laugh at your country Nigeria. For a car that's less than 2k dollars in the US and paying a duty almost twice the price you bought it, then how much would you want it to be sold?... Just don't waste your time asking, just dey laugh.

No, they have not. They only increased the duty to deter people from bringing them in.
