Someone has lost that and would be desperately looking for it.

Open it, look for ID cards, contact numbers, call the person and arrange for him/her to collect it back.

You don’t need a pastor to pray over you or over the wallets. Find the contact numbers and ring the owner to collect the items. That’s all you have to do.

Honestly as a TRUE CHRISTIAN, despite the current biting huge debts on me, I will take the money home, count it, and move to a radio station for announcement in order to get to the rightful owner. But I will not leave the money with the radio station, would rather kept it an undisclosed location for security purposes pending when the true owner comes with facts.
If after 2 weeks of announcement and nobody comes, I will then share it to motherless homes making such announcements for another 1 week.
It's not my money, so I won't allow Satan to succeed over me because of my financial challenges.

i will pick the money asap. travel out of town to another and get them changed. investment straight

Picking it will fear me thou, but leaving it there will not be nice coz someone else will do and they'll not give it to the owner. And even taken it to the police station is not safe coz they're also human.

So, I will pick it and check if there is an identity card (ID) in the wallet or anything to use and locate the owner, if there is none.

Then I will have to make a post on social media....if there is anyone looking for a missing wallet and they have to tell me the actual amount in the wallet before giving it out to anyone who claims owning it.

Place an advert. Tell people around there to spread the word that someone lost ‘something’

What you said reminds me of someone close to me
Who got to the ATM and discovered it's disbursing twice (i.e. users were getting a double of their request with the first only from their account), He called the attention of the security of the bank and informed then of the situation , warned them to make sure no-one uses the ATM , took a picture of the Security man and returned the second disbursement received by him.
