This could see the emergence of creators that get paid for their work. This way the forum will deliberately have more quality contents.

For me, I'd like the ability to lock threads and give access to them with tokens, such that not even Seun or any mod can access them without my token. Sort of private property to me

But seriously, there are creative ways to monetize a forum. Though you were up to something with the locked thread feature shaa, Nairaland is like a free premium Encyclopedia sometimes. Some "updates" deserve to be paid for. So you can easily do an online training on this platform with a verified profile. Paid verification could be implemented too, so we know who we are buying stuffs from, as so many fraudsters have turned this site to their favourite ecommerce platform.
