Federal government has eliminated such in public corporation and as well if u get admission to study in USA, u will still come back to naija.

Not at all, I usually advise one does evaluation also using WES, NACES before applying ...etc

I disagree with you bro, reason is if you're applying for most federal jobs in 9ja as a HND holder, they would place you on SGL07, whereas BSC holders are placed on SGL08.

So how have they eliminated the dichotomy as you said?

The evaluation is significant outside 9ja, but here in 9ja we don't count it to be that significant.

Here in 9ja, HND remains what it is even after WES evaluation.
